Gábor Heltovics Mr. Heltovics holds Master's degrees in Biology (1995), Chemistry (1995), and Business Administration (MBA - 2003). In 1995 he won an annual postgraduate research scholarship at Oxford University to study Neuropharmacology. He started his career in Procter & Gamble Global R&D in the UK, where he worked on various research and development projects as a Senior Scientist (1996-2001). In 2001, he returned to his native country - Hungary where he has held senior management positions in Coca-Cola and European Clinical Trials Associates. In his most recent role he was the director of business development at SOLVO Biotechnology. He is the author of a number of papers and 21 patents. |

Katalin Ferenczi Ms. Ferenczi graduated as a Biomedical Engineer at University of Miami. After returning to Budapest, for a short period of time, she worked at Genpact, a formerly GE owned company, that has established itself as one of Europe’s business services and technology solutions providers. Before joining NanGenex – Member of the Druggability Technologies Group (DRGT), she held a senior business development position at SOLVO Biotechnology (2006 – May 2010) and was responsible for the European sales operation of the company. |

Dr. Genoveva Filipcsei Dr. Filipcsei is the principle scientist of NanGenex Inc. She has an MSc in colloid chemistry and a PhD in chemistry. She worked at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, at the Faculty of Chemical engineering and bioengineering till 2008. In 2008 she joined NanGenex to lead the Nanotechnology Team. In 2002 she held a postdoctoral fellowship of Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and in 2005 a Research Fellowship of Suzuki Foundation at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Research Centre of Advanced Bionics Bio-Nanomaterials Team in Tsukuba. 2003-2006 she owned the Bolyai grant of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. She received the Bolyai plaquette in 2007 and the Polanyi Price of Hungarian Academy of Sciences in 2009. In 2005 Dr. Filipcsei was the winner of the Young Inventor of 2005 in Hungary award. She is the co-author of 42 publications in international journals, 17 patent applications, 12 international lectures and 45 conference posters. Number of independent citations: 220. |

Dr. Glavinas Hristos Dr. Glavinas is a principal scientist at NanGenex Inc. leading the NanoActive Service Laboratory. He holds a PhD in theoretical medical sciences and an MSc in molecular biology and biotechnology. Previously, he worked as principal scientist at SOLVO Biotechnology leading a team working on the field of drug transporters that modulate the pharmacokinetic properties of administered drugs. Earlier, he worked on the cytokine regulation of early inflammatory immune response. During this time he spent a year in Cincinnati, OH as a visiting scientist. He is the co-author of 19 publications and presented numerous posters and talks at international conferences. |
